Graedyn Landscaping is a family run, in-house crew based in Langley. Owner Nick Bye has spent 15+ years turning ordinary yards across the Lower Mainland into spaces families actually live in, not just look at.

Graedyn is not a franchise or a rotating cast of subcontractors. It is Nick Bye and an in-house crew who show up, do the work, and stand behind it. When you call, you talk to the owner. When the crew arrives, Nick is on the tools with them.
He started Graedyn after years in landscaping and hardscaping across the Lower Mainland, with one rule: build every job the way you would build it for your own home. That means a proper base under every paver, drainage planned before the first cut, and a clean site at the end of the day.
My attention to detail is above standards, I build relationships with my customers other than just a cheque, I’m a very family oriented business, my business name is named after my 2 daughters.

Where the name comes from
Graedyn is named after Nick’s two daughters.
That is not a marketing line, it is why the work is personal. A business with your kids’ names on it is one you protect. Every patio, wall, and driveway carries that name, so it gets built to last.
